Canadian superstar Bryan Adams went unplugged for a stripped-down show in Birmingham.
The 50-year-old treated fans at the city's Alexandra Theatre to acoustic renditions of his biggest hits last night.
Taking to the stage with just a guitar and accompanied by pianist Gary Breit, he launched into 80s anthem Run to You. The 1,371 capacity crowd sang along with favourites including Summer of '69 and (Everything I Do) I Do It For You, which was number one for 16 weeks in 1991.
Adams, more used to playing arenas, decided to play more intimate venues this year on the Bare Bones tour.
