West Bromwich-based Ferdotti celebrates hat-trick of awards
West Bromwich-based Ferdotti Motor Services has won the Going the Extra Mile Award for a third consecutive year at ARI Fleet UK's annual Masterserve Network Awards.
Ferdotti Motor Services is about to develop a 4,000 sq ft site next to its current site at Pleasant Street, The Lyng.
The family-owned company is planning to add further workshop space and room accommodate new recurits it is planning to add to its existing 15-strong team.
The award recognises superior customer service in the commercial vehcile fleet management industry and Ferdotti beat 600 other garages in the network to land the accolade.
The Masterserve Network Awards, which were launched in 2010, celebrate the achievements of the ARI Fleet UK accredited garages over the previous 12 months.
The network comprises independent outlets that are accredited and continuously monitored by ARI Fleet UK to guarantee a consistently reliable service for customers.
Tim Guidotti, director at Ferdotti Motor Services, who received the award from ARI?managing director Mark Bryan, said: "This award is testament to the on-going hard work of our team, who happily go above and beyond, and proves our credentials ahead of the next phase in our business growth."
Phil Todd, network manager at ARI Fleet UK, said: "Ferdotti's dedication to excellence in customer service has pushed it ahead of the competition for the third time and proven that standards can be upheld regardless of size."
Ferdotti Motor Services also picked up an award for 100 per cent quality and was given a special triple winners trophy which is reserved for only the highest performing garages in the ARI national network.
Ferdotti was founded in 1977 by Tim's father Joe Guidotti and has grown to become one of the largest independent garages in the West Midlands.
The company has a second site at Birmingham Airport and carries out all aspects of vehicle servicing repair and maintenance for private individuals and fleets.
Ferdotti Motor Services has established a strong reputation for the quality of its workmanship and the reliability of its team of experienced mechanics and engineers.
It service and repairs all makes and models and also offers car and van servicing to both private motorists and commercial customers.
ARI, formerly Fleet Support Group, is now the largest fleet management company in the world with over a million vehicles currently under its management.
