Petford Tools, which counts Jaguar Land Rover among its customers, is starting a recruitment drive for 23 workers at its new manufacturing site in Station Drive, Brierley Hill.
Technicians, operators and office workers are among those wanted by the company, which has its main base in Peartree Lane, Dudley.
The expansion comes after the firm won a £700,000 grant from the Government's Regional Growth Fund.
The company hopes to open its new factory in two weeks.
