A forklift truck supplier from Staffordshire has won a £10 million deal with DIY giant Homebase.

Briggs Equipment, of Orbital Way, Cannock, will supply and maintain around 170 Yale trucks over the next five years for use in Homebase's network of more than 350 stores in the UK and Ireland.

Jason Rudkin, national account manager at Briggs Equipment, said: "Homebase currently operates a fleet of around 680 Yale machines and the company has been extremely pleased with the performance and reliability of the equipment.
