An historic Black Country firm is celebrating a boom in growth with 15 new employees and hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of investment.

Despite the recession, Purity Soft Drinks in Wednesbury is continuing to grow and has recently seen the arrival of a new £200,000 bottle washer as part of the expansion of the site.

The company, which produces more than 50 million bottles of soft drinks every year has also employed almost a third more staff over the last two years.

The new bottle washer was shipped over to the 19th century site from Germany and delivered to the company last week.
