Vehicle repairer A5 Commercial Services to close

A vehicle repair firm in Willenhall has gone into voluntary liquidation, it was revealed today.

A5 Commercial Services has ceased operating from Longacre Industrial Estate.

Its 20 staff have now been taken on by another company that is operating from the same premises.

Mark Hemus, the director of A5 Commercial Services, which serviced HGV trailers, today said he was "gutted" about the situation.

Mr Hemus said: "It's been 10 years of hard work gone down the drain.

"I'm really gutted about what's happened.

"We are working with the administrators."

Administrators Milner Boardman are handling the firm's liquidation. They were today unavailable for comment.

The site is now occupied by Trailercare, which says it "specialises in providing service and support to the commercial trailer sector".
