European Automation considers motivation and relevant language skills significantly more valuable than years of professional experience and the right candidates will need to be native or fluent foreign language speakers. Interviews will take place throughout August and candidates will start in October.

Between 60 and 70 per cent of European Automation's current team is fluent in at least one foreign language. The sales team manages and fulfils the international orders received by the company on a daily basis.

The newly-formed customer experience team is in charge of ensuring quality service and timely deliveries. The department also evaluates customer experience and focuses on building long-term relationships with clients from across the globe.

European Automation is currently looking to hire people who are native speakers of a number of European languages including German, Spanish, French, Finnish and Hungarian.

It is also keen to build on the inroads it has made in the Americas and would like to hear from candidates who are native or fluent speakers of English and Latin American languages.

"European Automation is growing fast thanks to our dedicated and ambitious multilingual team. Company culture is crucial for us," explained Darren Halford, group sales director

"We want our people to be able to grow with the business and play an active part in it. This is the only way to guarantee European Automation remains a dynamic and innovative player in the global industrial automation market," he added.

As well as linguistic ability, European Automation is looking for candidates who relate to the five central values of the company, namely the ability to be different, humble, awesome, relentless and happy. Applicants, who embrace these values, and would like to have an active role in growing the business are encouraged to either visit www.careers.euautomation.com for more details about the available roles, or to send their CV directly to careers@euautomation.com.

Successful candidates will join a company that not only offers competitive remuneration packages to its multilingual sales and customer experience teams, but also prides itself on being a unique business that combines a healthy work life balance, via numerous social events and activities, with a commitment to corporate social responsibility.
