Police set up a cordon around a Wolverhampton park following disorder as three people are taken to hospital
Police have erected a cordon around a park in Wolverhampton this evening (Monday, October 27).
A considerable West Midlands Police presence has been seen on Staveley Road, Wolverhampton. Officers were spotted in the area before 5.30pm on Monday, October 27.
Police cordons were in place and emergency service.

A video uploaded on X appeared to show ambulance crews also in attendance at the wooded area of Dunstall Peace Park.
A man who was working in a shop overlooking the park on Staveley Road told the Express and Star that he "did not see" the incident take place, but has co-operated with police and has handed over CCTV to help with the investigation.
He added that he is "worried" about the increase in violent crime in the city.

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We were called to disorder in Staveley Road, Wolverhampton, at around 4.45pm today (27 October).=
"Three people have been taken to hospital for injuries to be assessed.
"We're in the early stages of our enquiries and officers are currently on the scene."
West Midlands Ambulance Service has also been contacted for comment.
