Midfielder Josh Craddock is set to play through the pain barrier at Gresley tonight to ease Stafford Rangers' injury woes.

Craddock was forced off during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Market Drayton with an ankle injury, but has declared himself fit for the trip to Derbyshire.

That is music to the ears of Rangers boss Neil Kitching, who has lost Kidderminster loanee George Cater to a hamstring injury likely to keep him sidelined for weeks.

Neil Harvey is being assessed for a back problem, while the manager remains hopeful Alex Melbourne will return from a foot injury.

Alex Curtis and Jake Jones remain sidelined, as Rangers look to maintain their eight-point lead at the top of Evo-Stik Division One South.

Kitching said: "It's good news about Josh. Initially ,we feared he might be out for some time but he is ready to play through the pain for us."
