£50,000 haul of illegal cigarettes and tobacco seized during raid at Staffordshire storage unit
Illegal cigarettes and tobacco with a retail value of more than £50,000 have been seized during raids at a storage unit near Lichfield.
Trading Standards officers at Staffordshire County Council found the illicit items during a search of the premises on April 8.
They seized more than 71,000 illicit cigarettes and almost 50kg of hand rolling tobacco.
