Two teenagers arrested after stabbing near Brierley Hill hairdressers

Two teenagers have been arrested after a stabbing near a hairdressers in Brierley Hill.

Police were called to reports of a stabbing in High Street at just after 2.35pm yesterday afternoon.

A 20-year-old man suffered leg injuries and has been taken to hospital.

However, West Midlands Police spokesman Craig Hughes said his condition is not thought to be life threatening.

Two 18-year-old men, both from the local area, have been arrested in connection with the incident.

Pictures posted on social media showed a cordon erected on High Street yesterday afternoon and uniformed officers patrolling the scene.
