Man dies after being trapped in Bobbington garage fire
A man has died after a garage fire in Bobbington.
Staffordshire Police were called at 6.50pm yesterday to reports of a blaze with people trapped at an address in Six Ashes Road, near Wombourne.
Fire crews were also in attendance, and officers found the house garage in flames with one person trapped.

A spokesperson for Staffordshire Police said: "Despite the best efforts of all emergency services during the ensuing rescue, a man was subsequently declared dead at the scene.
"Staffordshire Police are not viewing the man's death as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
"Trained officers will be assisting the family of the deceased at this time."
Emergency services remained at the scene last night.
