Wolverhampton Entrepreneur Celebrates Two Further Business Award Nominations

Wolverhampton-based public speaking and mindset coach Dr Clare Roberts-Molloy is celebrating two further award finalist nominations, bringing her total to three in just a few weeks.

Following her recent nomination for Female Entrepreneur of the Year at the Small Business Awards 2026, Clare has now been named a finalist in the Ultimate Entrepreneur category at the Flamingo Awards and the Golden Peacock Awards, part of Enfys Maloney's End of Year Extravaganza.

The recognition comes as Clare celebrates five years in business, supporting female founders and professional women to build their confidence, find their voice and grow their businesses through public speaking.

Alongside her coaching business, Clare is the founder and curator of TEDxWolverhampton, organiser of Wolverhampton International Women's Day Conference and founder of the charity Periods Matter.

Speaking about the nominations, Clare said:

"I'm genuinely shocked, surprised and delighted! I really wasn't expecting to be a Golden Peacock Finalist!

"And I have to laugh at the bird theme developing with the Flamingo and Golden Peacock Awards! I'm certainly not complaining.

"When you're busy running your own business, you don't always stop to recognise how far you've come. To receive three finalist nominations in such a short space of time is something I'm incredibly proud of."

Clare will attend the Golden Peacock Awards on 20 November, the Flamingo Awards on 26 November, and the UK Small Business Awards on 19th December.

She added: "Whatever happens, I'm looking forward to celebrating alongside some incredible entrepreneurs. It's a wonderful way to round off what has been a really significant year for me and my business."
