Eight-year-old aims for 500 cartwheels to raise £500 for cat rescue
Cat-mad Paige cartwheels her way towards rescue fundraiser goal
A keen young gymnast, cat-mad Paige is combining her two favourite things to help support cats and kittens across the county.
Eight-year-old Paige has grown up in a house filled with feline friends. For the last two years, she's been helping her mum foster local cats and kittens. Whether it's taking care of their basic needs like food and clean litter, helping kittens without a mum, supporting poorly babies, or just helping them learn to trust people again, Paige has done it all!
With a target of 500 cartwheels throughout the month of June, Paige has a cartwheel-a-thon. She has already raised more than £225, with 100 cartwheels completed, but she has a target for the month of £500.
The money she is raising will go to Kat's Cradle, a cat and kitten rescue based in Coven that provides help to babies right across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, including emergency care, foster care and rehoming.
