Work is due to begin at Monmore Green Stadium and continue throughout January, with the aim of improving the customer experience as lighting, flooring, ceiling, walls and woodwork are all being renovated.

It follows on from a recent upgrade to Monmore’s till systems and the extension of the trackside digital screen which displays winning times and race replays.

The general admission area will be closed while work is being completed but customer disruption will be kept to a minimum.

Whilst work is going on, Monmore’s evening race meetings on Thursdays and Saturdays will see Party Pack and General Admission customers share the downstairs Party Pack room which boasts bar, snack bar and Tote betting facilities - with access to the outdoor trackside area and on-course bookmakers.

This means those who purchase Party Pack packages will not be in an exclusive over-18s room as they would usually be.
