New Men’s Meet-Up group in Hednesford
HC-One’s Littleton Lodge Care Home in Hednesford, Cannock, is proud to announce the launch of a new Men’s Meet-Up group, offering local men aged 65 and over a chance to connect, socialise, and enjoy fun activities in a friendly environment.
The group will meet biweekly on Tuesdays, starting on October 21, from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Future sessions will take place on:
November 4, 18
December 2, 16, & 30.
Each session will provide a relaxed atmosphere for men in the community to enjoy conversation, a game of dominoes, and a hot cup of tea or coffee. The initiative aims to encourage social engagement, combat loneliness, and build lasting friendships among older men in the local area.
Morgan Munroe, Front of House Manager at HC-One’s Littleton Lodge Care Home, said: "We know how important it is for men to have opportunities to socialise and stay active, especially as we get older. Our new Men’s Meet-Up group is all about bringing people together in a welcoming, relaxed setting where everyone can have fun, enjoy a chat, and make new friends. We’re really looking forward to opening our doors to the local community and seeing the group grow."
