Wolverhampton Pride 2026: Full list of road closures and bus diversions ahead of this year's colourful extravaganza

Wolverhampton’s unmissable 2026 Pride event returning on Saturday 6 June - and drivers are being warned of road closures.

Wolverhampton’s free-to-enter 2026 Pride event is taking place tomorrow (Saturday 6 June) and thousands of people are set to visit the city to take part in the festivities.

The event draws scores of festival lovers, gay allies and members of the LGBT+ community to the city each year to celebrate gay pride, acceptance, and above all else, love.

Falling on June 6, this year is expected to be no different, with Wolverhampton Council encouraging everyone to come along to enjoy the festivities of the day.

But with star headliners like Kay Golding (BBC Radio 1Extra presenter), Vicky Jackson (Pink tribute), and local queen icon Rii Rii LePour all attending, it’s easy to get lost in all the glitz and glamour.
