Harry Potter pub crawl: 1600 wizards descend on Birmingham ahead of new event announcement - with pictures

Donning their best costumes, 440 revellers entered the magical world of Harry Potter on Friday, February 24 with the themed event that incorporated special games, props and drinks promotions.

The crawl visited various popular Birmingham bars such as Walkabout, O bar, Players, O'Neills and Pop World all decked out in true wizarding style

The next event will be announced later this evening scheduled for April 28, with promoters saying patrons will "dance happily ever after"
