Day one of the biggest cake competition in the world saw a mixing pot of cake-making expertise pour into the NEC.
Cake & Bake International runs from November 6 to 8 this year, and includes theatre, celebrities, workshops and competitions.
The icing on this ‘exhibition cake’ is the attached competition, which is entering its 32nd year.
