A star-studded line-up of comedians is heading to Wolverhampton

Wolverhampton is preparing for a night of big laughs and bold voices as part of this year’s Pride celebrations, with a standout comedy showcase heading to The Wulfrun Hall.

Titled ‘Howling With Laughter,’ the event promises an evening packed with some of the UK’s most exciting LGBTQ+ comedians when it heads to the city on Sunday, June 7.

Organisers say the show is designed to appeal to everyone - from seasoned comedy fans to those simply looking for an uplifting night out. With Pride continuing to champion visibility, equality and joy, the event blends entertainment with a deeper message.

“Pride isn’t just a party — it’s a punchline, a protest, and a celebration all rolled into one,” organisers said. “This is your invitation to sit back, soak it in, and howl with laughter.”

The line-up features a mix of established names and rising stars from across the comedy circuit.

Headlining the night is Rosie Jones, a familiar face on British television and a leading voice in inclusive comedy. She is joined by internationally acclaimed stand-up Felicity Ward, whose sharp, no-holds-barred style has earned her widespread praise and a global following.

Also taking to the stage is Josh Jones, whose energetic personality and quick wit have made him one of the North West’s most recognisable emerging talents.

The bill is rounded out by Fab Goualin, known for his culturally rich storytelling and award-winning performances, and Tal Davies, a Midlands favourite whose dry humour and relatable anecdotes have seen her rise rapidly through the comedy ranks.

Together, the performers promise a diverse and dynamic night, reflecting the breadth of voices within the LGBTQ+ community.
