A popular food festival will be welcomed to its new home next month.

The Great British Food Festival, which had previously been held at Shugborough, will move to Weston Park between May 27 and 29.

Alongside a variety of food and drink producers on site, there will be headline chef demos, food talks and live music to enjoy.

Dan Maycock, festival director, said: "We are thrilled to be bringing our festival to Weston Park.

"We are excited to see the food festival in the midlands again and can't wait for it to come to life on May 27.

"We hope that people will head over to this lovely venue and lap up the wonderful atmosphere this event brings."

Open 10am to 5pm each day, the festival will include chef demonstrations, foraging walks, cookery classes an artisan market, children's cookery classes and more.
