Lady Chief Justice Dame Siobhan Keegan said the High Court judge who granted an injunction against the march had “unfortunately erred in law”.
Ms Donohoe was speaking following an inquest into the death of her son Noah, who was found dead in a culvert after going missing in June 2020.
