Wolves captain sends message to team-mates amid relegation battle
Mario Lemina says the Wolves team must have some honest and frank conversations to get the club out of their relegation battle.

The 4-0 defeat to Everton has left Wolves in the bottom three and the following morning the players had a meeting as they try to address their slide.
Captain Lemina is calling for unity, urgency and consistency from the whole Wolves squad.
"We need to step up now and try to put our head in the right place, because we’re far away from the level," Lemina said.
“I think it’s mentality. We just want to play with three, four players, and this is not enough.
"We need the whole team to be consistent, and at the moment we are not.
"I'm sad for the Gaffer because he's trying everything. I'm sad for the club, because they don't deserve it. We need to talk, to be honest with each other, and try to find the solutions.”
As a result of that damaging defeat to the Toffees - which followed a 4-2 loss at home to Bournemouth - head coach Gary O'Neil is under serious threat of losing his job.
But Lemina, who has remained loyal to O'Neil, says they are behind him to turn it around.
He added: “To be honest, we are with the Gaffer.
"It’s our fault. We are the characters on the pitch, and we need to show that we’ve got the mentality to play in the Premier League.
"He gave us all the advice, what’s key to play the right game, and at the moment we’re stressed about these kinds of games, and we need to change and show character.
“Last week we faced the same thing, we gave away three penalties. That's never happened in a Premier League game, and today we're lacking some consistency defensively, and we need to change that.
“At the moment we don't want to blame anyone. It's the whole team, the whole team is trying to give everything, but we're not in the right way. We need to change that.”

A trip to face West Ham on Monday comes next and Wolves must fix their leaky defence, and stop giving away early goals, in order to give themselves the best possible chance of picking up points at the London Stadium.
“Two games in a row we’re conceding goals in the first minutes – that's a bad start all of the time," Lemina said.
"We're lacking intensity. We're lacking strong mentality. Right now, we need to have a talk, to chat and to be honest against each other, because at the moment we're not in the right place to race for something in the Premier League.
"We’re not going to give up. It's just one game, and we need to change that for the next game to try to win games.
“It's two games where we’ve conceded four goals in each game. Definitely, we need to change something mentally. We need to change something as a team, because if not we are going to survive in the Premier League.”
