West Brom v Hull City: Lewis Cox's predicted line-up with changes likely
Albion may have impressed in Burnley on Tuesday night but the likelihood is we will see changes at The Hawthorns on Saturday.

Tony Mowbray's men tackle Hull City, who are fighting to avoid the drop, in what is a very different contest to that of Turf Moor.
Mowbray did warn, though, that Ruben Selles' Tigers will come to attack and look to hurt the Baggies, rather than be satisfied to defend deep and frustrate as many do.
It is believed - and Mowbray has made it pretty clear - Joe Wildsmith will continue in goal despite his error in midweek and calls from some supporters for Josh Griffiths to be handed a chance.
Taking the opposition and emphasis on Albion to win at home, it is highly likely Mowbray moves back away from the unfamiliar five-man defence used in Lancashire for the midweek draw.
I suspect we will see Mowbray's more familiar back four in the return home. Right-back Darnell Furlong is once again suspended but Kyle Bartley will be fit after the head coach's positive update in yesterday's press conference. Mason Holgate is likely to continue in Furlong's place.
The likelihood is Ousmane Diakite, the midfielder who impressed so much in the central defensive three on Tuesday, will miss out. Hull at home is not the fixture Albion need a battling Diakite in the middle of the park.
It is in midfield and out wide where the real selection conundrums are, especially the former.
If Albion select a similar 4-2-3-1 to last weekend at home to QPR - the 1-0 win in battling circumstances with 10 men - then Mowbray needs to choose which midfield three to use out the quartet of Alex Mowatt, Jayson Molumby, Isaac Price and John Swift.
On this occasion I have opted to rest Price. He has been outstanding since joining the club and does not deserve to miss out, but he had a tireless and pretty thankless right wing-back shift in midweek after another energy-sapping display against QPR. He is probably good value for a breather.
I did not want to rest Swift after his stunning goal at Burnley in a game he impressed in overall. Mowatt may come out the side rather than Price, but I've decided to start Molumby, who should be refreshed after sitting out the Turf Moor game due to his nine yellow card suspension risk. The deadline for that punishment has passed.
I've selected Tom Fellows, back in training after compassionate leave, to replace Karlan Grant with Mikey Johnston on the other side supporting frontman Adam Armstrong.
