West Brom player ratings v Southampton: 4s and 5s once again as Albion implode and leave it too late
Jonny Drury rates the West Brom players after their side were beaten 3-2 on the road at Southampton.

Joe Wildsmith
Made a solid early save but then put himself under pressure with a ridiculous pass out that almost led to a third goal. Could maybe have done better with one of the goals - but didn't have another save to make all evening.
Quiet 5
Krystian Bielik
Almost got punished for a late tackle in the first half - and apart from that it was a pretty unremarkable performance. Did go close late on with a header which was kept out by the keeper.
Unremarkable 6
Nat Phillips
An awful mistake as he slipped for the second goal - after indecision when under pressure. Did recover in the second half with a solid tackle to deny Armstrong - before heading Albion back into the game late on.
Mistake 5
Chris Mepham
Another defender culpable for a goal as he went diving in on Fellows - who slipped past him and ran forward to set up the opener. The odd interception but poor in possession for a lot of the night.
Rash 5
Callum Styles
One of the better players on the night - and has been consistent of late despite results. Went close twice in the first half. Always looked to get on the ball and try and make something happen right to the end.
Driving 6

Samuel Iling-Junior
Poor first half and a poor game overall from the loanee as he came back into the side. Gave possession away, and was knocked off the ball a number of times. Had the big late chance to nick a equaliser but fired wide.
Miss 4
Alex Mowatt
A limp tackle early on in the game - with Albion's midfield and backline looking all at sea for the majority of the first half. A poor outing before he came off late in the half with an apparent knock.
Forgettable 4
Ousmane Diakite
Picked up an early yellow card and the only positive from his display was the fact he managed to avoid a second before coming off. Played one good ball to set up Grant but was caught on the ball too many times.
Booked 5

Isaac Price
Fired wide early on - and put in a half decent cross in the second before he had a good headed chance. Looks devoid of confidence at the moment, unable to impact games like he was earlier in the season.
Different 5
Karlan Grant
Knocked off the ball twice in dangerous areas early on - but grew into the game was arguably the best outlet for most of the game. All the danger in the first and second came down his side. Took his goal well too to get back in the game.
Goal 6
Aune Heggebo
Battled on with virtually no first half service. Tried to put himself about but just didn't have the quality of delivery into the box to get on the end of anything.
Battled 6
