Watch England boss Roy Hodgson on Ireland test
Watch England manager and former West Brom boss Roy Hodgson as he addresses the press before tonight's historic friendly against the Republic of Ireland at Wembley.
The national boss reveals the captaincy is to remain with Frank Lampard, but Ashley Cole will take over the role tonight on his 100th cap for England.
The two countries meet on a football field for the first time since crowd trouble at Lansdowne Road forced the abandonment of a game 18 years ago.
Hodgson also admits his depleted England squad will be left "vulnerable" over the coming week if they pick up injuries in their friendly against the Irish.
