Steve Bull: Wolves must remain focused to end the season on a high

Wolves will be favourites to beat Leicester today but they have to stay focused and professional.

If it was me, I'd name the strongest possible team and if we can get an early goal, this Leicester side will fold.

I'd love to see us score four, five or even six!

But they won't lie down and let us win the game, Ruud van Nistelrooy and his players have their own futures to fight for and we have to take the game to them.

It's about us - we're at home and we have to give our fans something to cheer about.

Plenty of Wolves players don't know their fate next season, so they also have a lot to play for before the end of the season.

Matheus Cunha is being linked with a move away but he must remain focused. We got him back on the map and he now needs to try to leave on a high if he does go.

Wolves must end the season well and with five games remaining, we must perform against Leicester.

But I'm happy for all the fans that stuck by Wolves this season. At Christmas we were more or less down and Pereira has done a fantastic job.

He has restored confidence in all the players and they are playing for him.

Against Manchester United last weekend, the main thing was getting the three points and making sure we are mathematically safe from relegation.

Looking at how the players and manager are speaking, they want to finish as high as they can this season, but going to Manchester United, I was a little bit nervous.

It wasn't the best game but the winning finish from Pablo Sarabia was full of quality.

He's done well in recent weeks with some important goals after waiting patiently on the bench.

I don't think Vitor Pereira considered relegation for a second and now he has Wolves on an unbelievable run.

If you get the points then you can drink the pints! If that motivation works, then I hope it continues.

That bond with the fans is important. I've been here for nearly 40 years now and it's still the same.

There will be times when fans are unhappy - things don't go right all the time - but let Pereira and the fans enjoy this moment.

Meanwhile, you can join me at The Halls Wolverhampton on May 1 for 'Bully's Big Night Out' alongside Johnny Phillips and a number of my old team-mates for a belated 60th birthday celebration! All proceeds go towards the brilliant Wolves Foundation.

My wife Kirsty and I would also like to thank Compton Care for making us ambassadors. It is a pleasure to be associated with such an important charity.
