State of play: West Brom set to confirm first-team exits as season ends
Albion wrapped up their Championship campaign with a thrilling 5-3 win over Luton with the squad now poised to jet away for holidays.

Players are due to report to the club's training HQ in Walsall on Sunday where they will debrief with staff following the final fixture and hold talks before saying their farewells for the summer.
For some members of the squad it will be farewell from The Hawthorns and the Baggies for good as their contracts reach a conclusion.
Long-serving attacker Grady Diangana is set for the exit door at the end of the five-year contract he signed after an £18million signing from West Ham United in 2020.
Diangana, 27, had enjoyed a hugely successful loan spell from the Hammers that helped Albion win promotion to the Premier League under Slaven Bilic.
The subject of his future had been a discussion among Albion decision-makers for some time with various interest in the attacker over the years. Former boss Tony Mowbray, who was in charge between January and April, initially stated his desire for Diangana for stay but it transpired that the DR Congo international will bring his time in the Black Country to a close.
Across his six years including loan at the club Diangana made 202 appearances and scored 26 goals. He mustered just 14 league starts this term, however.
Defender Semi Ajayi is also poised to leave the club. He arrived as a signing of around £1m from League One Rotherham in 2019 and was a promotion winner alongside Diangana.
Ajayi, 31, racked up 177 appearances for the club and scored 13 times. His final season at Albion was limited due to two hamstring injuries but he appeared from the bench against Luton over the weekend and enjoyed a solo lap to applaud and thank the Baggies faithful at full-time.
The former Arsenal youngster played for Nigeria in last year's African Cup of Nations final. Interim boss James Morrison said this week both Diangana and Ajayi can be proud of their efforts as promotion-winners at the club.
Attacking midfielder John Swift is the third and final of the three first-team players to depart at the end of his deal.
Swift has made 125 appearances for Albion in his three years since joining the club on a free transfer from Reading. Swift, who turns 30 in the summer, was left out of the squad for the final two matches of the campaign.
He endured a difficult ordeal in the Good Friday collapse at Coventry, where an error from the bench cost his side a goal in a key clash and did not feature again.
Swift almost made a January deadline loan move to lowly Derby while Mowbray was at the helm.
Diangana, Ajayi and Swift are sizeable earners at the club and their exits follow several departures this time last year as owners Bilkul continue to bring salaries in line and club on a stable footing to help with a continued rebuild.
This season has seen experienced defender Kyle Bartley, 34, trigger a 12-month contract extension due an appearance-related clause of 25 games.
Right-back Darnell Furlong and midfielder Jayson Molumby agreed new contracts earlier in the season.
The club will also clarify the futures of those younger players whose time at Albion has come to an end, as well as those handed new deals.
At under-21s level it is understood attacker Fenton Heard, 20, right-sided player Archie Kirton, 19, defender Reece Hall, 21, and goalkeeper Ronnie Hollingshead, 20, are among those set to depart. Heard and Hall have made senior appearances for the club.
