'So impressive': Jonny Drury's West Brom player ratings v Blackburn as trio shine in opener
Jonny Drury rates the West Brom players after their narrow opening day victory over Blackburn Rovers.

Isaac Price's first half goal was enough to separate the two sides - in what ended up being a tight affair.
Albion edged the better chances in the game with Blackburn hardly testing Josh Griffiths in the Albion goal.
Here are how the players rated:
Josh Griffiths
For the first half hour he hardly touched the ball. He was called upon with a big save soon after - but despite late pressure from Blackburn, Griffiths was not really called upon, but did his job when he had to.
Save 7
Darnell Furlong
For the first time in a long time, his bullet long throw turned into a goal and the matchwinner. Good in the first half, before becoming a bit slack in the second. Booked for a stupid foul and it came to bite him with a late second.
Mixed 6
Nat Phillips
One of a few big stories from the day. The summer signing headed everything, tackled everything and was just a rock at the back. Late on they had to with stand pressure and Phillips led the back line. If Heggem goes, there should be comfort knowing they have Phillips.
Dominant 8
Torbjorn Heggem
Steady and calm in the first half, although he got caught for the penalty shout which has divided opinion. In the second, did his job but miscommunication with Griffiths when the keeper came to collect could have proved costly.
Caught 6
Callum Styles
Good on the ball as always, tidy and tried to get forward. His defending has been called into question at times but one v one he was top drawer. Also went close in the second half with a rasping effort.
Tidy 7
Jayson Molumby
Had a ropey start giving away silly free kicks but grew into the game and was just typical Molumby. Breaking play, driving forward and doing the simple things. His energy plays such a massive part.
Typical 7
Alex Mowatt
Not one of those games where Mowatt did anything that would hugely catch the eye - but he made Albion tick. Good in tight spots as Albion impressed in that area, and late on was throwing his body in front of everything.
Controlled 7
Tom Fellows
Still got that touch of class. Busy in the first half with a few runs and crosses into the box, one in particular for Heggebo that should have been converted. Quieter in the second before coming off - but just always holds a threat even if he has a quiet one.
Threat 7
Karlan Grant
Got the nod ahead of Johnston and showed why. Was busy, worked hard, put crosses and gave Albion a decent outlet on the left hand side.
Grafted 6
Isaac Price
Class display form Albion's star man. Almost caught the keeper with an early free kick before he was on the spot to clinically take his goal. His little touches and movements showed he was a cut above. Could have had a second but was denied in the second period.
Clinical 8
Aune Heggebo
Another immense debut. Took a while to grow into the game but played his part with a smart lay-off and then ran himself into the ground for the rest of the game. Some of his hold up play was exceptional.
Tireless 8
