"Not enough for us" - Ladislav Krejci has his say on Wolves' latest draw

Ladislav Krejci admits Wolves' draw with Newcastle is 'not enough' but he feels the squad is improving with every game.

Rob Edwards' side are in a much better place now after going five unbeaten, but still have a mountain to climb if they want to pull off a miraculous Premier League survival attempt.

Krejci says the confidence is improving every week among the team, but he admits they need wins to have any hope of staying up.

"We feel it on the pitch and in the dressing room as well," Krejci said.

"Of course, the confidence and the feelings are better when you start winning and start getting some points, not only losing like in the past.

"We feel it and this is what we have to continue.

"Draws against these top teams are good, but not enough for us because we know our situation."

Krejci added: "The only hope for us is winning.

"I don't want to say we are happy with the draw, 100 per cent not, but it's a process we have to go through.

"I believe it will help us for future games where we'll need it more and we will take three points because we remember the start of the season, where we were close to the points but lost in the last minute.

"Now we are better at this."

Wolves did well to contain Newcastle and pick up another clean sheet at Molineux.

Krejci said: "We know about their qualities, not only strikers but midfielders arriving into the box to finish.

"We need to solve it and we did it well, while waiting for some chances and opportunities which didn't come.

"We're still building our shape, our face, our confidence.

"I'm happy for another clean sheet and it was an opportunity to take three points.

"Today we took only one, but it's something we can follow for the next game and we need to continue."
