MK Dons move quickly to solve full-back issue ahead of Walsall clash
New signing John Mellish could make his MK Dons debut when they host Walsall at the Stadium MK tomorrow.

The 27-year-old arrived in Berkshire on loan from League One side Wigan Athletic this week, after right-back Gethin Jones limped off in the Dons' 2-1 win at Newport County last weekend.
That left them very thin on the ground in the full-back area and Paul Warne has moved quickly to bring Mellish on board, with fellow right-back Joe Tomlinson also injured.
MK have once again been bold on the transfer market, with the arrivals of former Premier League players, such as Nathaniel Mendez-Laing and Callum Patterson.
Their summer spend has so far yielded the desired results, with Warne guiding them to three wins and two draws from their opening five games.
That has left them third in the embryonic league table and they head into their clash against Walsall with the joint-best defensive record in the division (two goals conceded).

Their strong record at the back is made all the more remarkable considering the amount of injuries they've had to contend with in that area.
Laurence Maguire is yet to feature for the Dons this season along with Sam Sherring who suffered a hamstring injury during pre-season.
Meanwhile, goals at the other end have been in plentiful supply with the Dons netting 10 times in their last four games since serving up a goalless stalemate at home to Oldham Athletic on the opening weekend.
Paterson has unsurprisingly hit the ground running since completed his switch from Sheffield Wednesday - scoring three and setting up two more.
The former Scotland international scored four goals in 29 matches during his only season in the Premier League at Cardiff City alongside fellow teammate Mendez-Laing.
