Karlan Grant points to key factor as West Brom get back to winning ways
Karlan Grant has singled out Albion's improved game management - as they picked up their first home win since September against Coventry City.

Albion have been on a well documented run of draws in recent weeks - with ten stalemates in their last eleven outings.
Their solitary win in that run came on the road at Hull City - but they ended the streak against the Sky Blues on Wednesday night thanks to goals from Alex Mowatt and Karlan Grant.
The victory, Albion's first on home soil since September, sees them move back into the top six - as they take on Watford and Bristol City ahead of the busy festive period.
Forward Grant, who took his tally to five goals on Wednesday evening, as he continues his remarkable resurgence since returning from a loan spell at Cardiff City, praised Albion for seeing out the victory, something they were unable to do as they threw away an early lead against Sheffield United on Sunday.
And he also insisted that at times you need to create your own luck, pointing to Alex Mowatt's well hit but deflected opening goal at The Hawthorns which came after Tom Fellows deflected strike on against The Blades.
He said: "It has been frustrating, because of how we see ourselves as a team, we know how we can be.
"We haven't lost many games but the draws have been frustrating, so to get the win is a relief.
"You need to create your own luck, and Alex's goal he hit well and the guy sticks out a leg and it goes in.
"We were then in a situation where we are one up and in other games, like Sheffield, we haven't managed the game well and a few minutes cost us.
"But we did that, they did have a few chances which they didn't take but that is football.
"We managed to then get that second and that is the most important thing."
