The former England footballer was due to be the star attraction of the evening at Molineux's plush new WV1 Suite on Friday September 28.
That event has now been switched to the International Convention Centre in Birmingham but will still involve 'Gazza' and popular boxer Bruno.
The former WBC world heavyweight champion, like Gascoigne, has had well-known personal issues and both will be opening up about their lives.
Bruno was also a darling of the British public in his 1980s and 1990s heyday, as two of the most popular sportsmen of their generation unite.
Tickets for the event at Molineux are still valid at the ICC and more are available, which include a three-course meal, costing £75.
VIP passes are available for £100, both coming either single or in tables of 10. There will also be photo opportunites on the night.
