It's Friday afternoon. What's on your mind?
If I've got a game the next day then I'll start to think about that. It will be the little things like what to eat and what time I need to go to bed to be up the following morning.
Who normally has the pleasure of your company at the weekend?
My wife Jennifer. And my team-mates! But obviously not both at the same time!
How do you prepare for a big night out?
I don't really have any big nights out to be honest. Maybe the Christmas party or the odd night in the off-season but in terms of preparing it's nothing special.
What's your favourite party outfit?
It would have to be fancy dress from one of the football 'do's.' At our Christmas party this year we all had to dress up as a character beginning with a certain letter of the alphabet. I got 'S' so went as The Stig which was good fun.
You've just arrived at the bar. What's your first drink?
Still water.
What is your favourite nightspot and why?
Back in the day - before I as the ultimate professional athlete - it would be a place in my home town of Wexford called The Stores. Anyone who goes to Ireland should go there. It's great fun.
What tune always gets you on the dance floor?
Old-school stuff, nothing modern. I can't even think of a particular trick or artist I like to be honest.
It's a sunny Saturday. What are you up to?
Hopefully playing a football match! In the summer it would either be somewhere nice and warm away or back home in Wexford relaxing. Or playing golf.
What's your most memorable weekend ever and why?
My wedding. We got married last summer and it went on for a few days which was fun.
What's the recipe for a perfect night in?
Spaghetti Bolognaise and a bit of TV or a good film. Or the latest series of Boardwalk Empire, Entourage or Californication. I like Corrie and a bit of Grand Designs as well.
Favourite DVD? And what would you eat while watching it?
One of the series mentioned above. I don't really have a favourite film. And, as mentioned, spaghetti bolognaise.
Sunday lunch - home-cooked or down the pub?
I'd go for home-cooked Sunday dinner all the way - without a doubt.
Where and how do you like to relax?
Golf - or reading. I do read a fair few books.
Sunday breakfast - cooked or continental?
Cooked. Definitely.
You've got a whole weekend off and a wad of money in your back pocket - which country or city would you head to?
It would be between heading home to Wexford or going somewhere sunny like Dubai.
