Wolves outcast Frank Nouble set to join Ipswich
Wolves outcast Frank Nouble was today on the verge of joining Mick McCarthy's Ipswich for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old striker is set to undergo a medical at Portman Road after agreeing terms.
The one-time Chelsea trainee was brought in by former boss Terry Connor and was overlooked by sacked manager Stale Solbakken, making just two brief substitute's outings in the Championship and five appearances in all.
