Wolves in 'bring a friend for free offer' at Molineux

A special 'free' offer to season ticket holders was today announced by Wolves in a bid to pack out Molineux for Stale Solbakken's first home league game.

The club's most loyal fans will be able to bring a friend for free to the first home Championship game of the season against Barnsley on Tuesday, August 21 (7.45pm).

The full opening of the new 7,700-capacity £18m Stan Cullis Stand has swollen Molineux's capacity to 31,700 and the club want as many fans as possible to share what will be their first glimpse of Wolves' first foreign manager.

Lynne O'Reardon, head of ticketing and membership, said: "We're delighted to reward our most loyal fans with this amazing free ticket giveaway.

"It's Stale Solbakken's first home League game and we want Molineux packed out and right behind the team at the start of this exciting new era."

Season ticket holders can claim their free ticket from 10am on Saturday July 28 by either calling the ticket line (0871 222 1877) or visiting the ticket office.

However, the special offer isn't available online.

The free ticket offer applies to adults or concessions and can only be claimed by the season ticket holder, one ticket per holder, subject to availability.

Full contact details of the ticket recipient have to be provided at the time of booking.

The promotion is subject to availability.

Tickets go on general sale from 10am tomorrow online only for all other supporters.
