'Stay or go': Contract of every Wolves player ahead of big decisions and busy summer
A number of Wolves players are set to depart this summer.
A number of Wolves players are set to move on from the club this summer - with a transfer window overhaul expected following relegation.
It has been a torrid campaign that just seems to be getting worse despite Wolves’ campaign long being over.
Attention has been on the summer for some time - but now that will continue to ramp up as the season draws to a close.
Usually a number of players depart at the end of their contracts - but that is not going to be the case for Wolves.
As it stands only one player is out of contract in the summer - with Matt Doherty’s deal set to expire at the end of the season.
But what is the situation with the other senior players in the Wolves squad:
Jose Sa - June 2027
Wolves signed Sa from Olympiacos back in 2021 on a five year deal. Two years into the deal he landed an extra year on his contract. There is an option to extend for a year.
Despite his contract running until next summer - there is an expectation Sa could depart in the summer, given previous interest.
Sam Johnstone - June 2028
Johnstone penned a three year deal when he arrived from Palace. But with his game time limited over his period at the club, there is a question mark of whether his long term future is at Wolves.
Daniel Bentley - June 2027
The third choice keeper was handed an extension after signing an initial two and a half year deal.
His latest deal runs until next summer - but there is an option to extend it by a further year.
Ladislav Krejci - June 2026 (Loan to buy)
The defender arrived on loan this season - and then played enough games to trigger an obligation to buy, which will kick in this summer.
His contract is expected to run until 2030.
Toti Gomes - June 2029
The defender arrived at the club in 2020 - and after a period out on loan, he came back to play for Wolves in January 2022.
He was handed a five-and-a-half year contract extension in February 2024.
Yerson Mosquera - June 2030
Signed as a young prospect, the defender has suffered injuries but was rewarded with a five-year deal in 2025. That deal also includes a further option of another year.

Santiago Bueno - June 2028
The defender arrived from Girona for £8.5m in 2023 - and in recent months has become a regular under Rob Edwards.
There is also the option to extend his contract by a further year.
Hugo Bueno - June 2028
Signed as a youngster into the academy, Bueno graduated to the first team. In 2023, he signed a long term deal with the club until 2028, with the option to extend until 2029.
David Moller Wolfe - June 2030
The defender arrived last summer - penning a five-year deal with the club. There has already been talk of interest in the Norwegian since his arrival.
Jackson Tchatchoua - June 2030
Like Wolfe, the Cameroon international also landed himself a five-year deal when he arrived at Molineux last summer. There is an option to extend it by an extra year.
Pedro Lima - June 2029
The young full back arrived from Sport Recife in 2024. His game time has been limited so far, but he still has three years to run on his contract.
Matt Doherty - June 2026
The ex-Republic of Ireland man is in his second Wolves spell - but he is the only player to be out of contract in the summer.
Andre - June 2029
The Brazilian arrived on deadline day in 2024 - following a handful of signings made by the club.
The midfielder has been key for Wolves in recent years - and penned a five year deal upon his arrival, with a year option.
He is expected to be one of the main players to depart in the summer.

Joao Gomes - June 2030
Arriving in January 2023 on a five-and-a-half year deal - two years later he signed another five-year contract with a 12-month option.
Gomes has been linked with a host of clubs and is unlikely to be at Wolves past the summer.
Jean-Ricner Bellegarde - June 2028
The £12.8m signing came in back in the summer of 2023 - arriving on a five year deal.
The Haiti international has played a decent amount of games for Wolves - and there is a debate over where he will be next season.
Rodrigo Gomes - June 2029
Gomes came in on a long five year deal from Braga back in 2024. There will no doubt be interest in his services in the summer - given his recent form.
His deal can also be extended until 2030.
Mateus Mane - June 2029
After Mane burst onto the scene - it was revealed Wolves had already tied him down to a new contract. He penned a new long term deal back in September, before he made a mark over the festive period.
Enso Gonzalez - June 2029
The young prospect has failed to put his stamp on things at Wolves, having signed a six-year deal back in 2023, with the option of a further year.
Injuries have hit him, although he does have three years on his deal - and he could make an impression in the Championship.

Tolu Arokodare - June 2029
The striker signed a four-year deal after arriving last summer, with a 12-month option to extend.
Adam Armstrong - June 2029
Brought in back in the January window - Armstrong penned a three-and-a-half year deal.
Hwang Hee-chan - June 2028
After an initial loan, the forward signed permanently from RB Leipzig in 2022 and was later given a new deal running until 2028, with a year option.
Nathan Fraser - June 2028
The academy youngster has had one spell out on loan - and was tipped to make an impact. But it doesn’t seem to have happened. He penned a four-year deal back in 2024, which also has a year option.
