Jose Sa - 7

The goalkeeper deserved a clean sheet for a solid display in which he made a number of good saves. He still needs to improve on his distribution.

Nelson Semedo - 9

An impeccable defensive display from Semedo was added to by his hand in the second goal. It will go down as an own goal, but his shot resulted in Wolves’ win.

Santi Bueno - 7

Bueno was rolled and turned on a couple of occasions, but put in a very assured second half.

Max Kilman - 8

An impressive and strong performance from the skipper, who helped Wolves through tough moments and deserved a clean sheet for his efforts.

Rayan Ait-Nouri - 9

Ait-Nouri shone at Molineux with an incredible display. A brilliant goal for his efforts as he goes from strength to strength.

Mario Lemina - 9

Lemina ran himself into the ground with a display full of heart, grit, determination and quality. A special midfielder.

Joao Gomes - 8

Back from his short injury lay-off, Gomes was tough in the tackle and covered the ground excellently.

Pablo Sarabia - 6

Sarabia certainly put in the effort, but was to quiet on the day. He will need more impact going forward with so many injuries.

Jean-Ricner Bellegarde - 5

On what would have been a big chance for Bellegarde, he suffered an injury in the opening minutes. It is incredibly frustrating for both the player and club.

Pedro Neto - 5

Neto was having a really quiet game before he went down with a hamstring injury. He will be a huge miss for Wolves.

Nathan Fraser - 7

On his first senior start, Fraser did himself proud. He worked hard, ran for the team and battled with strong defenders. There will be more quality to come from him.

Tommy Doyle (for Bellegarde, 11), 7, Toti Gomes (for Neto, 45), 8, Matt Doherty (for Fraser, 77).

Subs not used: Bentley, H.Bueno, Traore, N.Lemina, Chirewa, Chiwome.
