Rui Patricio

A near-faultless display from the Portuguese shot-stopper.

Made a series of top saves including crucial ones to keep out both Costa and Raphinha in added-on time.

Also took the pressure off by claiming several high balls into the box. Patricio oozed class and confidence. 9

Leander Dendoncker

Bailed out by Patricio as he was caught underneath a long ball, allowing Costa to get a shot off late on.

Overall though, the Belgian did well enough. 7

Conor Coady

Got in the way of Bamford's header after Patricio had denied Cooper.

Had to keep a close eye on the Leeds frontman but held his own as Wolves won, and got a clean sheet. 7

Romain Saiss

In a very similar manner to his defensive counterparts, Saiss did not overcomplicate things and battled well throughout.

Good to have some consistency at the back. 7

Nelson Semedo

Forced Meslier into action twice in the first half by advancing into dangerous areas.

Probably should have scored the first one, but Semedo seems to be properly finding his feet now. Linked up well with Neto. 8

Ruben Neves

A combative display in the middle of the park.

Nuno was very pleased with the attitude and application, and the midfielders pressed well all night. 7

Joao Moutinho

Again, no massive standout moments with the ball, but a high-energy display from the veteran.

Kept the intensity up. 7

Jonny Castro Otto

Raphinha is a tricky customer, but Otto contained him pretty well.

Another solid hour from the Spaniard. His return has brought more composure to Wolves' backline. 7

Pedro Neto

Got plenty of shots off and, unsurprisingly, caused a fair amount of problems.

Perhaps could have passed one over to Jose instead of taking the shot in the second half, but his relentless, positive approach always makes for good viewing. 8

Willian Jose

Still looking for his first Wolves goal, but this was better from the Brazilian.

Came deep a few times to get on the ball and linked up play nicely. A step in the right direction. 7

Adama Traore

Having bounced off the crossbar and then off the unfortunate Meslier, Wolves' winner was not given to Traore.

But what an immense strike it was. A thunderbolt.

Nuno seems to be onto something playing Neto and Traore as inverted wingers. It just works. 8

Subs

Fernando Marcal (for Otto, 60)

Only lasted 20 minutes before going off with yet another knock. Has been plagued by injuries ever since arriving at Wolves. 6

Rayan Ait-Nouri (for Marcal, 82)

Helped see things out. 6

Fabio Silva (for Jose, 87)
