Douglas has signed a three-year contract with the Yorkshire club.

The 28-year-old was one of Wolves' star performers last season, providing a joint league high 14 assists.

However the arrival of Spaniard Jonny Castro on loan from Atletico Madrid has paved the way for Wolves to move Douglas on.

There is also still interest in Manchester City's Oleksandr Zinchenko, who can play at left back or in midfield.

Douglas joined Wolves from Turkish side Konyaspor for £1million a year ago.

He penned a two-year deal at the time and reports of the Leeds fee have ranged between £3m and £5m.
