The Cottagers drew 1-1 against the Bees at Craven Cottage and now cannot catch Nuno Espirito Santo's team.

It means Wolves are up with four games to spare and return to the top flight after a six-year absence.

They can also all-but secure the Championship title if they beat Blues at Molineux on Sunday, as Cardiff would be 12 points behind with four games to play and an inferior goal difference.

Nuno has guided Wolves to the Premier League in his first season in charge. Wolves have swept all before them and as well as winning the title they will now aim to reach 100 points. They're currently on 92 with four games to go.

The players watched the Fulham match together at their pre-match hotel in Wolverhampton.

The party will start in earnest at a sell-out Molineux on Sunday with the Blues game kicking off at midday.
