Livingston winger Graham Dorrans today looked ahead to his move to Albion and said: "The chance was too good to turn down."

The highly-rated 20-year-old will join the Baggies in the summer after a deal worth around £150,000 was signed on the final day of the January transfer window.

And Dorrans said the chance to work with Tony Mowbray, highly respected north of the border for his spell in charge at Hibernian, was a massive opportunity.

"I felt I did well when I went down and I didn't feel too much out of place," said Dorrans, who spent three days training with the Baggies to persuade Mowbray he was a talent worth pursuing.

"It'll be good to work under Tony Mowbray because he gave young boys like Scott Brown, Steven Whittaker and Kevin Thomson a chance when he was at Hibs."
