West Brom Women manager announces pregnancy
Baggies begin process of appointing an interim boss for the start of next season
West Brom Women manager Siobhan Hodgetts-Still has announced she is expecting a baby later this year, writes Dan Summerfield.

Hodgetts-Still will take charge of the final match of the Baggies’ Women’s National League campaign against Middlesbrough this Sunday.
The Albion boss will remain in her role before temporarily stepping down ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, with the club already starting process of appointing an interim boss.
“We’re absolutely delighted to share the news we are pregnant and incredibly excited for the arrival of our baby this summer,” said Hodgetts-Still. “I would like to thank everyone at the football club for their amazing support.
“This truly is a family club and that has shone through in my conversations with the club’s leadership over recent weeks.”
Albion Women currently sit sixth in the National Northern Premier as they approach the end of the campaign.
Hodgetts-Still added: “We’re working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition process, and I’m confident we’ll appoint the right person to lead us during my absence, as we build on the solid foundations we have established in recent seasons.
“With the support of the ownership, the women’s team has made great strides forward, and we’re determined to continue that progression next season.
“I would like to thank everyone for their congratulatory messages.”
