Video: West Brom's Saido Berahino rues cup loss but aims to bounce back
In-form youngster Saido Berahino today urged Albion to use the "hurt" from their penalty shoot-out defeat to Arsenal to inspire them at Manchester United on Saturday.
The Baggies lost 4-3 on penalties to the Gunners at The Hawthorns last night in the third round of the Capital One Cup despite Berahino's fourth goal in two starts.

Steve Clarke's side missed several good chances late in extra-time after Berahino had cancelled out Thomas Eisfeld's opener. Then they saw Craig Dawson and Morgan Amalfitano miss in the shoot-out as Arsenal set up a fourth-round clash with Chelsea.
Berahino said: "We put everything into the game and we were really disappointed that we had to lose it in that way on penalties.
"It has really hurt us but we've got to get our chins up and be ready for Manchester United on Saturday.
"It could have been wrapped up. We felt at half-time it was a game to go and win, and even in extra-time we had two great chances.
"But that's football and things like that happen. They were lucky.
"We were just really disappointed we had to lose on penalties.
"We thank the crowd because the supporters were great, we just wish it could have ended better but that's football.
"There is no time to dwell on it because we've got to focus straight away on Old Trafford, which will be a really tough game."
Berahino maintained his red-hot form as he headed home on 71 minutes from a cross by the returning Shane Long.
Assistant head coach Kevin Keen added: "There were some fantastic performances that are a big, big plus.
"In the back four there are some players who have not played that many games – and I thought they were magnificent. Shane certainly showed he wants to be a big part of this club and his effort and running was a typical Shane Long performance.
"Saido Berahino getting another goal was absolutely magnificent so there were some big, big pluses.
"But overall we're disappointed because we're out of the League Cup for another season."
Home fans were angry that Arsenal youngster Isaac Hayden only saw a yellow card for a late first-half challenge on Youssouf Mulumbu.
Keen said: "The speed of it was pretty frightening and the noise of it was pretty frightening.
"It was possibly a red card but I didn't think it definitely was."
