'Rubbish out of his legs' - West Brom coach's assessment of rare starting run-out for Daryl Dike
Albion coach James Morrison is hopeful striker Daryl Dike can benefit by blowing the "rubbish" out of his legs in Sunday's 60-minute run-out.

Striker Dike's Albion injury hell has continued into his fourth year at the club having been absent for the first half of the campaign under former boss Ryan Mason due to a serious thigh setback on the eve of the campaign.
The 25-year-old, in the final year of his contract at The Hawthorns, made a return in late October but was reduced to bit-part roles under Mason and just seven very brief cameos.
But was handed a first start of the campaign in Sunday's FA Cup tie at Swansea and gave new boss Eric Ramsay food for thought having come through an hour unscathed.
"I'm happy for Dike," said Morrison, Albion's interim boss who handed the striker a start. "He's had to be patient.
"He's been training, he's got a plan that will try to keep him fit. It's important that he sticks to it.
"It'll be good for his legs to get 60 minutes. I spoke to him after the game and he felt good, so really positive for him.
"Hopefully, going forward, that'll get the rubbish out of his legs and he'll be able to get hold of the ball for me a bit more."
United States frontman Dike's Albion future is in heavy doubt from the summer with Sunday just a 19th start for the club in almost four years following a £7million move.
First-team coach Morrison, meanwhile, talked up teenage starlet Ollie Bostock's impact after his Swansea cameo.

Former playing legend Morrison claimed Bostock, 18, "handled it well" against Championship rivals with his assist and match-winning penalty.
The teen winger was another left to kick his heels under Mason.
Morrison said: "That's part of being a youngster. When I was a youngster, I travelled every away game and home game for one whole season.
"Hopefully, when he's watching, he picks up stuff, gets a valid experience and you've just got to be ready. Football can just change at any time, so I'm really pleased for him."
