Carlos Corberan gives West Brom transfer update after opening victory
Albion continue to try and box clever in the transfer market - with Carlos Corberan revealing they came close to a couple of deals last week.

So far Albion have brought in a number of players after a raft of departures at different stages of the summer.
After a number of senior players were out of contract, Conor Townsend, Okay Yokuslu and Brandon Thomas-Asante were sold in the space of a week.
In total, Albion have brought in seven players since the transfer window opened in June.
Two of those have arrived in the last seven days, in the form of Juventus' Gianluca Frabotta and Lewis Dobbin from Aston Villa.
Despite more than half a dozen new faces coming through The Hawthorns door, Corberan has made no secret that his squad needs strengthening between now and the end of August.
And when questioned about current transfer activity, the Baggies boss revealed the club's recruitment team had come close on a couple of 'ideas' in the past week.
Asked about any potential incomings being close, Corberan said: "No, no not right now.
"The team are working on other possibilities.
"We had a couple of ideas, but at the end the moments didn't happen during this previous work.
"Because sometimes what you want to achieve, you cannot achieve for different reasons.
"That is why the level of resilience we have to have this year is one of the highest ones that we have had."
