But indications are growing that the 26-year-old will join Albion and become their third summer signing, following the arrivals of Craig Beattie and Shelton Martis.

Mowbray continues to keep his targets' identity a secret, but is keeping his fingers crossed a deal might even be concluded in time for a new face or two to join up with the squad in Slovenia.
"I've been on the phone a lot over the last few days and hopefully we're edging closer to a few new signings," said Mowbray.
"It's a difficult and long procedure, and trying to recruit footballers can be tedious at times, especially when people know you've got a few quid to spend.
"We'll certainly keep pursuing it. We'll wait and see if we can anyone in to join us in Slovenia because one minute you think you've got a deal done and the next you're a million miles away."
Another target, Youseff Safri, has been told he remains part of Norwich boss Peter Grant's pre-season plans.
Southampton and Charlton have also been linked with the Moroccan, but the Canaries are unlikely to stand in his way of a move if the Baggies firm up their interest.
Kevin Phillips limped out of last night's friendly with Hajduk Split, but Mowbray today insisted his withdrawal just before half-time was precautionary.
"When Kevin pulls up and says his hamstring is tight you just have to get him off at this stage of the season," said Mowbray.
