Robinson, who enjoyed a successful loan spell with the Baggies last season, has signed a five-year deal at The Hawthorns and is now available for Sunday's Premier League opener with Leicester.

Scotland international Burke became Albion's record signing when he was snapped up from RB Leipzig for £15million in August 2017.

But he has never settled at The Hawthorns and had a loan spell at Celtic before joining La Liga side Alaves on a temporary basis last year.

Burke has signed a three-year deal at Bramall Lane.

Robinson is Albion third attacking addition of the transfer window with Matheus Pereira and Grady Diangana having also agreed permanent deals having also impressed on loan last season.

Pereira signed a four-year deal following his arrival from Sporting Lisbon, while Diangana – like Robinson – signed a five-year deal having been snapped up from West Ham.

It means Albion have tied down three of their key players from last season on long-term deals.

I can’t wait to get going,” Robinson said.

“Discussions were taking place over the summer but these things take time. I’m thankful it has all been completed and I’m really happy to be back here.

“I really enjoyed my loan spell last season. The club is a fantastic place to be. It has a real family feel to it. The players, the staff, the fans. Everybody.

“I was fortunate enough to help Albion win promotion to the Premier League and I’m so excited to have the chance to play for this Club in the Premier League.”

Luke Dowling, Albion’s sporting and technical director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome back Callum, who really enjoyed his time at the club on loan and showed his capabilities from the moment he arrived.

“We have seen his ability out wide and also feel he has the capacity to be equally effective in the central areas.

“There is a belief here that there is a lot more to come from Callum under Slaven’s guidance and his development will be another important asset for the club.

“We are equally delighted that in the last few weeks we have been able to sign up our younger players on long term contracts with Matheus, Grady and now Callum.”

On Burke, Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder said: "We needed a touch of pace and Oli certainly gives us that. We've been working on it for a few weeks and obviously we wish Callum (Robinson) all the best.

"It's a move that suits all parties and we are delighted to have Oli in the building.

"He's had a couple of big moves in the past that haven't gone as he'd have hoped, but it's down to us now to give him a kick-start and he's got all the attributes we want and need."
