The 21-year-old spent the majority of last season on-loan at Charlton, managing five goals and four assists as he impressed at The Valley before suffering a season-ending knee injury.

The winger managed a total of 23 appearances for the Baggies' first-team, having broken through the club's academy ranks to become the first player born in 1999 to feature in the top flight.

He joined Albion at the age of 11, and was named Albion's young player of the year in 2016.

He becomes Blues' fourth signing of the summer under new boss Aitor Karanka.
