Walsall FC boss Dean Smith stands by his strikers
Dean Smith today rejected claims Walsall are a striker short and again vowed to keep faith with his current forward line.
The Saddlers boss is aware sections of the club's support are keen for him to sign a central striker to solve the current lack of goals.

Smith's side have scored just 12 goals in 11 league games but the manager is confident the players are good enough.
And he urged fans to give the likes of Milan Lalkovic, Troy Hewitt and Romaine Sawyers time to find their feet.
"I know there is a general feeling at the moment that we need a big, strong forward but I think the players we have are quite capable of scoring goals," he said.
"You have to have belief in what you have got and the players you have got."
"I looked at Jabo Ibehre last week when he played against us last week at Colchester. I like him as a player, he is a big strong lad who held the ball up well in the first half and caused us problems.
"But he has only scored three goals this season.
"I'm not going into the argument because I had it last year and then Will Grigg goes and scores 20 goals and Jamie Paterson got 11.
"If you make chances we will take them. I think we are lucky as a club that we don't judge players too early.
"I've got Milan Lalkovic, Troy Hewitt and Romaine Sawyers who are all in fledgling careers.
"One thing we don't do at this club is judge players early, what we do is look at their potential and try to develop that and we will continue to do that and have belief in them."
Lalkovic, Hewitt and Sawyers all have one goal apiece so far. Craig Westcarr is the current top scorer with five.
Smith can understand fans' frustration with the lack of goals but added: "It will always be the same, fans want to see goals. If Will Grigg was here would the fans still be saying the same as they are now? I don't know.
"You have to have belief in what you have got and the players you have got.
"There are players here who we believe have potential and can be developed further."
